Your responsibilities will include assisting and advising team members on employee engagement, employee relations, talent acquisition, and retention. You will also be a consultative partner with the HR team and onsite leadership, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing multiple projects from end to end
* Providing exceptional communication skills

* Supporting onboarding and business partnering with stakeholders

Requirements:

* 3+ years of HR and Generalist experience
* Experience working with Workday
* Ability to manage multiple projects
* Strong communication skills

Salary: £38-42,000 plus very good benefits. The role will be on-site 4 days a week with 1 day working from home.
