Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the cultivation and stewardship of major donors, trusts, and statutory bodies to achieve income targets.
  • Develop and implement a prospect research program to identify new donors and manage existing relationships.
  • Line manage a team of fundraisers to build a collaborative and high-performing team.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of securing five or six-figure funding from major donors, trusts, and statutory sources.
  • Experience in delivering prospect research programs and effective prospect management.
  • Strong line management skills to build a high-performing team.
