Amica Care Trust offers a range of supportive services, from occasional day care to specialized dementia care, addressing the varied needs of our residents.

We are currently in search of a proficient Senior Care Coordinator (Days/Nights) to become part of our dedicated team on a Bank contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to the unique needs of our residents, ensuring the provision of exceptional, person-centered care and support.
  • Oversee and inspire a team of committed Care Assistants in partnership with management.
  • Assist in areas such as medication management and care planning.

Qualifications:

  • Hold an NVQ Level 3 or an advanced diploma in Health & Social Care.
  • Demonstrate previous experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity, particularly in elderly care.
  • Exhibit proficiency in medication administration.

  • As a senior team member, act as a role model while consistently respecting the dignity and preferences of our residents.
