About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to join our team at one of our award-winning residential homes. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care services
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care services and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a care home setting
  • NVQ 5 or equivalent qualification
  • Medication training and experience with the new CQC Framework
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
