ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Night Senior Care Leader, you will be responsible for addressing the diverse needs of our residents, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, personalized care and support. Your duties will include:
- Supervising and motivating a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
- Providing support to the clinical team in areas such as medication management, assessments, care planning, and care reviews.
In this role, you will uphold the dignity and preferences of our residents, contributing to a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for the Night Senior Care Leader position, you should possess an NVQ Level 3 or an Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. Additionally, you must demonstrate specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We seek individuals who are compassionate, warm-hearted, and dedicated to offering personalized care and support to each resident.
