Job Summary

We are recruiting for a Care Lead to oversee the care and support of our residents, working closely with our management team and care assistants. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and support, promoting a positive and respectful environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and inspire a team of care assistants to deliver high-quality care and support.
  • Support the management team in the development and implementation of care plans.
  • Assist with the administration of medications and ensure accurate records are maintained.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote a positive and respectful environment for our residents.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care and support.

Requirements

  • Hold an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health and Social Care.
  • Have previous experience working in a leadership or supervisory role in a care setting.
  • Have specific knowledge and experience in caring for the elderly.
  • Be able to administer medications and maintain accurate records.
  • Be a senior member of the team and act as a role model, promoting a positive and respectful environment for our residents.
