We are currently in search of a proficient Senior Care Coordinator (Days/Nights) to join our dedicated team on a Bank contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address the unique needs of our residents, ensuring the provision of exceptional, person-centered care and support.
- Oversee and inspire a team of committed Care Assistants in partnership with management.
- Assist in areas such as medication management and care planning.
Qualifications:
- Hold an NVQ Level 3 or an advanced diploma in Health & Social Care.
- Exhibit prior experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity, particularly in elderly care.
- Demonstrate proficiency in medication administration.
- Embody our core staff values through effective communication, commitment to work, fostering teamwork, and maintaining a positive attitude.
- As a senior team member, act as a role model while consistently respecting the dignity and preferences of our residents.
