Key Responsibilities:

Oversee client relationships and assist in identifying appropriate Insurance solutions.

Deliver a comprehensive service to clients through multiple communication channels.

Participate in networking and prospecting efforts to enhance your client portfolio.

Gain access to a wide array of brands and products within the Ardonagh Group.

This position begins in an office environment, transitioning to a hybrid work model following the initial probation period.

Your Duties Include:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and areas of responsibility to meet sales objectives.
  • Provide new business quotes and guidance on General Insurance matters.
  • Collaborate with various departments to optimize customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct assessments of clients' insurance requirements and generate reports.
  • Negotiate with Underwriters regarding insurance programs.
  • Ensure precise documentation for insurance transactions.
  • Assist clients with claims and offer risk management insights.

Qualifications for Account and Development Managers:

Experience in the Insurance sector, especially in commercial lines broking, is essential. Familiarity with pertinent regulations and legislation is vital.
