**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Protection Advisor to join our team as a Team Lead. As a key member of our Protection team, you will be responsible for overseeing the team's performance, providing guidance and support, and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional insurance advice and services.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Team Leadership**: Oversee the Protection team, conducting performance reviews, providing feedback, and ensuring day-to-day support to team members.
  • **Insurance Advice**: Provide high-quality, compliant, and efficient insurance advice to clients, ensuring their expectations are managed throughout the process.
  • **Client Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their outcomes are positive.
  • **Communication**: Collaborate with the administration team to ensure seamless processing of insurance applications, and maintain accurate data gathering and input.
  • **Performance Metrics**: Monitor and analyze team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance results.

**Requirements**

  • **Protection Experience**: Proven experience in a Protection only role, with excellent Protection conversion rates and historic figures.
  • **Leadership Skills**: Demonstrated people management experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
