Key Responsibilities:
Oversee client relationships and assist in identifying appropriate Insurance solutions.
Deliver a holistic service to clients through multiple communication platforms.
Participate in networking and prospecting initiatives to broaden your client base.
Gain access to a wide array of brands and products within the Ardonagh Group.
This position begins in an office environment, transitioning to a hybrid work model following the probation period.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Manage a portfolio of clients and areas of responsibility to meet sales objectives.
- Provide new business quotes and guidance on General Insurance.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct assessments of clients' insurance requirements and prepare documentation.
- Negotiate with Underwriters regarding insurance programs.
- Ensure precise documentation for insurance transactions.
- Assist clients with claims and offer risk management insights.
Qualifications for Account and Development Managers:
Proven experience in the Insurance sector, particularly in commercial lines broking. Familiarity with relevant regulations and legislation is essential.
