About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team at Apex Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing a client portfolio, including all aspects of administration and company secretarial matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of administrators and trainee administrators, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks and projects.
  • Develop and implement client-specific procedures to meet administration and reporting requirements for each entity.
  • Collaborate with accountants to plan and coordinate audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Oversee cash management and review bank payments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the transaction management process for complex transactions, such as series issuances, structured finance, and listed debt structures.
Requirements
  • Professional ICSA (or equivalent) qualification or studying towards.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the finance industry, with a strong background in accounting and administration.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Core skills required: ability to speak and understand English, CV, keyboard skills, and references.
