Company secretarial function in Jersey under guidance from the Governance Manager. You will also provide support and guidance to client teams on inhouse company. secretarial matters, on a case-by-case basis.

Skills:

Experience in company administration, with a thorough understanding of Jersey company law, basic tax and the regulatory environment
Good company secretarial knowledge
Good understanding of corporate governance principles
