Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Company Secretary Officer to join our Private Equity Corporate Governance Team in Jersey. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day company secretarial operations, including preparing and reviewing corporate approvals, Companies House filings, and statutory registers updates.
The role involves interacting with senior representatives of our clients, advising on corporate governance matters, and overseeing various company secretarial transactions. You will also train junior staff, delegate tasks, and review work.

Key Responsibilities:

Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
