Corporate Services Director

The Manager of Secretarial Services will oversee a busy team delivering company secretarial, administration, and financial reporting services to a portfolio of funds and corporate structures. This includes managing client and intermediary relationships. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a team with varied experience levels
- Owning client and intermediary relationships
Requirements include:
- Relevant professional qualification (ICSA or ACCA preferred)
- Broad knowledge of fiduciary products and services
- Core skills: ability to speak English, keyboard skills, CV, and references
Fundraising and Financial Reporting Services:
