Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Company Secretary Officer to join our Private Equity Corporate Governance Team in Jersey. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of private equity funds and corporate entities, acting as a key liaison and point of contact for all matters relating to clients.
You will be an important link between management and junior staff, responsible for the quality of work produced for clients. The role involves preparing and reviewing corporate approvals, Companies House filings, and statutory registers updates, as well as interacting with senior representatives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a portfolio of private equity funds and corporate entities
* Acting as a key liaison and point of contact for clients
* Preparing and reviewing corporate approvals and filings
* Interacting with senior representatives of clients
Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* University degree and/or relevant professional qualification
* 3+ years of experience in company secretarial or administration
* Good knowledge of compliance requirements and AML regulations
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
