Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Military Construction Program Manager to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing planning, programming, and budgeting support for a military construction program. This includes tracking, monitoring, and documenting program phases and activities, as well as developing work and design instructions for detailing technical requirements of facility designs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage complex project documents, schedules, risk registers, and stakeholder and requirement documents
  • Manage military construction projects, including developing and managing project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Use project management knowledge and tools to monitor the program-integrated master schedule, budgets, and scope
  • Provide senior leaders with program updates, including scope, schedule, milestones, and risks
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience with program or project management, including developing and managing complex project documents, schedules, risk registers, and stakeholder and requirement documents
  • 5+ years of experience with managing military construction projects
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Project
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in MILCON management in the European Theater
  • 3+ years of experience with supporting Joint military operations
  • Experience working with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers or Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Master's degree
  • PMP Certification
Clearance
