We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to support our clients in managing multiple infrastructure and facilities-related construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in developing and implementing secure construction projects and managing DoD or federal government construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Provide oversight and management of multiple construction projects, ensuring timely completion and quality assurance.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to assess client facilities construction, move management, IT, and construction security requirements.
- Oversee contract performance and quality assurance of construction contractors with the government.
- Represent the client in meetings and provide regular updates to project stakeholders, customers, and the project team.
- Provide technical advice to enhance infrastructure and construction efficiencies.
- 10+ years of experience in construction management.
- 5+ years of experience in developing or implementing secure construction projects or security project management fields.
- 2+ years of experience in DoD or federal government construction projects.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite of programs, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- TS/SCI clearance.
- HS diploma or GED.
- Knowledge of construction guidelines and federal regulations.
- Knowledge of DoD facilities' construction regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Completion of Twenty Hour or greater Site Security Manager Course Certification.
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
