Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to support our clients in managing multiple infrastructure and facilities-related construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in developing and implementing secure construction projects and managing DoD or federal government construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight and management of multiple construction projects
  • Lead and participate as a member of a cross-functional team assessing client facilities construction, move management, IT, and construction security requirements
  • Oversee contract performance and quality assurance of construction contractors with the government
  • Provide regular updates to project stakeholders, customers, and the project team
  • Provide technical advice to enhance infrastructure and construction efficiencies
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience with construction management
  • 5+ years of experience with developing or implementing secure construction projects or security project management fields
  • 2+ years of experience with DoD or federal government construction projects
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office suite of programs, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of construction guidelines and federal regulations
  • Knowledge of DoD facilities' construction regulations
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Completion of Twenty Hour or greater Site Security Manager Course Certification
Clearance
