Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Military Construction Program Manager to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing planning, programming, and budgeting support for a military construction program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track, monitor, and document program phases and activities, including advanced planning, design, and execution for a portfolio of Military Construction (MILCON) projects.
  • Develop work and design instructions for detailing technical requirements of facility designs.
  • Develop, manage, monitor, and report on various programmatic documents and tasks.
  • Use project management knowledge and tools to monitor the program-integrated master schedule, budgets, and scope.
  • Provide senior leaders with program updates including scope, schedule, milestones, and risks.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience with program or project management, including developing and managing complex project documents, schedules, risk registers, and stakeholder and requirement documents.
  • 5+ years of experience with managing military construction projects.
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.
  • TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in MILCON management in the European Theater.
  • 3+ years of experience with supporting Joint military operations.
  • Experience working with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers or Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command.
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Master's degree.
  • PMP Certification.
Clearance
