Program Management Director

Apriori Bio is a pioneering biotechnology company dedicated to developing innovative solutions for global health challenges. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Management Director to lead our exploratory and preclinical stage programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful program execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve project milestones and foster strong relationships
  • Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership and stakeholders to provide updates on progress, challenges, and achievements
  • Ensure comprehensive and well-organized documentation of program activities and outcomes
Requirements:
  • MSc or PhD in Biology or a related field; PMP certification is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in program management within Biotech or Pharma industries
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and software
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
