Key Responsibilities- Provide planning, programming, and budgeting support for a military construction program.
- Track, monitor, and document program phases and activities, including advanced planning, design, and execution for a portfolio of Military Construction (MILCON) projects.
- Develop work and design instructions for detailing technical requirements of facility designs.
- Develop, manage, monitor, and report on various programmatic documents and tasks.
- Use project management knowledge and tools to monitor the program-integrated master schedule, budgets, and scope.
- Provide senior leaders with program updates including scope, schedule, milestones, and risks.
- 7+ years of experience with program or project management, including developing and managing complex project documents, schedules, risk registers, and stakeholder and requirement documents.
- 5+ years of experience with managing military construction projects.
- Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.
- TS/SCI clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- 3+ years of experience in MILCON management in the European Theater.
- 3+ years of experience with supporting Joint military operations.
- Experience working with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers or Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command.
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Master's degree.
- PMP Certification.
