Military Construction Program Director

As a Military Construction Program Manager at Booz Allen Hamilton, you will be responsible for providing planning, programming, and budgeting support for a military construction program. You will track, monitor, and document program phases and activities, including advanced planning, design, and execution for a portfolio of Military Construction (MILCON) projects. Your expertise will be utilized to develop work and design instructions for detailing technical requirements of facility designs. Additionally, you will develop, manage, monitor, and report on various programmatic documents and tasks. You will use project management knowledge and tools to monitor the program-integrated master schedule, budgets, and scope. You will provide senior leaders with program updates including scope, schedule, milestones, and risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage complex project documents, schedules, risk registers, and stakeholder and requirement documents
- Manage military construction projects
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Project
- Hold a TS/SCI clearance
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in MILCON management in the European Theater
- Experience supporting Joint military operations
- Experience working with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers or Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Master's degree
- PMP Certification
