Position Overview

Are you dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care?

The Vascular Science division offers a direct ultrasound service to patients. Our team consists of 3 Vascular Associates and 10 Clinical Vascular Scientists. The role of the Vascular Science Associate is to provide both clinical assistance and administrative support, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the Vascular Science service.

Key Responsibilities

This position combines administrative tasks with direct patient interaction. Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating patient appointments and managing referrals.
  • Addressing inquiries from service users.
  • Preparing patients for ultrasound procedures and ensuring smooth patient flow within the department.

Attention to detail is essential, along with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication skills are required, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team is crucial. You should be confident in prioritizing tasks and managing your time efficiently to handle multiple responsibilities independently. While administrative experience is preferred, it is not mandatory, and no prior knowledge of vascular ultrasound is expected as training will be provided.
