This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced reservations professional to take on a leadership role, overseeing the reservations team and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our hotel teams to ensure that all reservations are handled promptly and professionally, and that our guests receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the reservations process for our four London hotels, ensuring that all reservations are handled efficiently and effectively.
  2. Lead and motivate the reservations team, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve reservations efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  4. Work closely with hotel teams to ensure that all reservations are handled promptly and professionally.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Proven experience in a reservations management role, with a strong understanding of the reservations process and customer service principles.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
