Position: Field Marketing Lead

Location: Remote / UK.

Contract Duration: 9 Months

Position Overview

The Field Marketing Lead will be responsible for implementing the marketing strategy for the IT Operations division within the UK and Ireland region. This role involves the design and execution of marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing sales efforts and generating a robust sales pipeline.

The successful candidate will engage directly with external partners, oversee the marketing budget, and, when necessary, create, implement, and monitor targeted demand generation campaigns tailored to specific accounts. There may also be opportunities to contribute to the management of significant trade shows.

Key Competencies

  • Strong work ethic and proactive mindset.
  • Experience in demand generation marketing, including field marketing, campaign management, industry-specific marketing, digital outreach, and/or partner marketing. Familiarity with Account-Based, Digital, and/or Social Media marketing is advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of marketing concepts, methodologies, strategies, and tools.
  • Knowledge of direct marketing practices and vendor management for customer events.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing virtual demand generation activities, experiences, and events.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and implement improvements.
  • Experience collaborating with Enterprise clients, sales teams, and/or channel partners is a plus.
  • Strong project management and budget oversight capabilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) is beneficial.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
