About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Director or VP of Capital Markets to join our Global Public Sector team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our DCM business across Europe, working closely with our clients and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pitch and win DCM mandates across various currency markets, including USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, and AUD.
  • Lead DCM execution for target clients, managing all internal processes, documentation, and working with syndicate to mitigate risks while ensuring adherence to all DCM handbook rules and regulations.
  • Prepare regular external issuer commentaries and other relevant data for issuer clients.
  • Maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders, including DCM, Syndicate, Global Markets, Risk Solutions Group, and Global DCM desks.
  • Review and comply with Firm Policies applicable to your business activities.
Requirements
  • Strong PC skills, specifically in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
