Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Relationship Manager to join our team at QA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as nurturing and growing our existing client relationships.

About the Role:

  • Prospect new business and develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a deep understanding of our customers' needs and pain points.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet our customers' evolving business needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive in the market.
  • Contribute to the development of sales processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
