Job Title: Process Improvement Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Lead to join our team at ISS. As a Process Improvement Lead, you will be responsible for driving process improvements across our organization, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and document existing processes, identifying opportunities for standardization, simplification, or automation.
  • Work closely with IT teams to design and deploy automated solutions, streamlining complex workflows and reducing process inefficiencies.
  • Design and implement a governance framework for Process Ownership across the P&C organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Create and maintain a continuous improvement roadmap for new processes and process changes, establishing a culture of ongoing process improvement.
  • Establish criteria for determining when a process should be changed, ensuring there is appropriate documentation and controls for process changes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading process improvement and process automation projects, ideally in HR environments.
  • Ability to navigate organizational change and influence stakeholders at senior levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate the benefits of process improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of analyzing complex processes, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing solutions.
  • Comfortable working with data and metrics, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
