  • Design and implement a governance framework for Process Ownership across the P&C organization.
  • Create and maintain a continuous improvement roadmap for new processes and process changes.

  • Establish criteria for determining when a process should be changed.
  • Ensure there is appropriate documentation and controls for process changes, including approvals and up-/down-stream impact analysis.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading process improvement and process automation projects - ideally in HR environments.
  • Ability to navigate organizational change and influence stakeholders at senior levels of the organization (P&C SLT).
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate the benefits of process improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of analyzing complex processes, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing solutions.
  • Comfortable working with data and metrics.
  • Works effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
  • Builds strong relationships to drive collaboration.
