Process Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Process Technician to join our team at Thames Water. As a Process Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our water treatment plants and maintaining the highest standards of water quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out scheduled planned maintenance work on plant and equipment to improve plant resilience and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Operate and clean plant and equipment to maintain on-site operational and health and safety standards.
- Respond to reactive jobs following plant and equipment failure and take ownership of resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
- Conduct safety and security checks and maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
- Work safely and comply with all Health and Safety guidance and procedures.
- Be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Take ownership of responding quickly to faults and identifying the best solution to resolve them.
- Be proactive and take the lead on recommendations and improvements around the site.
- Have knowledge and awareness of health and safety standards and be prepared to be trained in safety procedures.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- A competitive salary of up to £25,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.
