Continuous Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our team at Premier Engineering. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading engineering efforts across the business, collaborating with various departments, and implementing process improvements that drive efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead engineering efforts across the business, collaborating with various departments
- Implement process improvements that drive efficiency and productivity
- Design and documentation management
- Quality and operational support
- Product improvement and cost management
- Degree, HND qualification in quality, mechanical engineering, or a similar technical subject
- Proven experience in sustaining engineering, preferably within the consumer products industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Proficiency in CAD software (CREO, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
- Strong understanding of product design, manufacturing, and injection molding processes, and quality standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
