About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Lead to join our team at ISS. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving process excellence and operational efficiency across our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and document existing processes, identifying opportunities for standardization, simplification, or automation.
  • Work closely with IT teams to design and deploy automated solutions, streamlining complex workflows and reducing process inefficiencies.
  • Design and implement a governance framework for Process Ownership across the P&C organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Create and maintain a continuous improvement roadmap for new processes and process changes, driving ongoing process improvement.
  • Establish a continuous improvement culture and methodology in P&C, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Develop and implement criteria for determining when a process should be changed, ensuring effective decision-making.
  • Ensure appropriate documentation and controls for process changes, including approvals and up-/down-stream impact analysis.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading process improvement and process automation projects, ideally in HR environments.
  • Ability to navigate organizational change and influence stakeholders at senior levels of the organization (P&C SLT).
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate the benefits of process improvements, driving business value and impact.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of analyzing complex processes, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing solutions.
  • Comfortable working with data and metrics, driving informed decision-making.
  • Works effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders, building strong relationships and driving collaboration.
