We are seeking a skilled Process/Technical Safety Engineer to join our team at Petroplan.
This is a permanent staff role based in Surrey, offering an excellent annual salary and comprehensive benefits package.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and delivering process safety support and studies in line with business demands, recommending proposals to improve process safety performance and meet regulatory/compliance requirements.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading/supporting the planning and implementation of Process Hazards Analysis programmes, including chairing PHAs or Safety Engineering Reviews and/or identifying appropriate resource to chair.
- Leading/supporting LOPAs (Level of Protection Analysis) reviews in response to Asset or Project demand.
- Managing the review and update of local area COMAH reports to meet legislative requirements, providing input to the complex COMAH establishment report as required.
