We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our Billings Team on a full-time permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and send invoices using our bespoke system and MS Excel
- Generate data reports using Excel
- Liaise with customers to resolve queries and answer questions
- Monitor and respond to emails
- Input and manage vast amounts of data correctly and efficiently
- Support the wider billings and customer service team
- Perform other general administrative tasks
- Be computer literate with intermediate Excel skills
- Have good communication skills both verbal and written
- Have previous data entry experience
- Knowledge of Sage or Salesforce is preferred but not essential
- Have fantastic attention to detail with the ability to spot errors
- Be solutions-oriented
- Be motivated and eager to learn
