About the Role

The Travel and Accommodation Coordinator will play a critical role in managing all travel and accommodation requests for the Group, ensuring seamless and efficient travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and book flights, car hire, and hotel accommodation, working closely with external travel agencies and travel management companies.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements, including handling travel and accommodation requests, and arranging necessary payments.
  • Update the travel schedule, maintain management information files, and reconcile credit card transactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to general travel enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Record savings and missed opportunities, and provide monthly spend/activity and ad-hoc reports to finance and budget holders.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should be competent with Microsoft Office Packages and have some experience of coordinating travel arrangements.
