About the Role.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel and Accommodation Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing all travel and accommodation requests for the Group, ensuring seamless and efficient travel arrangements for our employees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities.
- Source and book flights, car hire, and hotel accommodation for all areas of the Group.
- Work closely with external travel agencies and travel management companies to negotiate rates and ensure the best possible value for the Group.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements, including handling travel and accommodation requests, updating travel schedules, and reconciling credit card transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and stakeholders, responding to travel enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Record savings and missed opportunities, providing regular reports to finance and budget holders.
About You.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have experience of coordinating travel arrangements and be proficient in Microsoft Office Packages.
