About the People Coordinator Role
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Coordinator to join our People Operations team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing our people data, creating efficient processes, and ensuring compliance with our HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Prepare, distribute, and organize employee documents, including employment contracts, contract amendments, and personal information.
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction processes to ensure new employees have a smooth transition into the company.
- Support employee relations matters, including notetaking during formal meetings and investigation preparation.
- Administer and organize employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Arrange gifts and recognition for special work occasions, such as work anniversaries and new baby gifts.
- Coordinate social events, including travel and accommodation for company-wide conferences.
- Supervise leadership team diaries and ensure timely updates.
- Develop expertise in our company values to help us attract and retain top talent, while upholding and enhancing our company culture.
About You
- You have a strong foundation in HR principles, with a keen interest in people operations and compliance.
- You're highly organized, with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- You're creative and able to suggest improvements to our processes and systems.
- You have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
