About the People Coordinator Role

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Coordinator to join our People Operations team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing our people data, creating efficient processes, and ensuring compliance with our HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage our HR information systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
  • Prepare, distribute, and organize employee documents, including contracts and personal information.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Coordinate our onboarding and induction process to ensure new employees have a smooth transition.
  • Support employee relations matters, including note-taking during meetings and investigation preparation.
  • Administer and organize our benefits package.
  • Assist with employee training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions and tracking attendance.
  • Coordinate social events and arrange gifts for special occasions.

About You

  • You have a strong interest in HR fundamentals and may hold a CIPD Level 3 or prior experience in a HR or People Team.
  • You're highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, and manage your time effectively.
  • You have an eye for detail and understand the importance of producing accurate documentation.
  • You're creative and comfortable making suggestions to improve our processes.
  • You have a good working knowledge of the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
