About the People Coordinator Role
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Coordinator to join our People Operations team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing our people data, creating efficient processes, and ensuring compliance with our HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage our HR information systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
- Prepare, distribute, and organize employee documents, including contracts and personal information.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinate our onboarding and induction process to ensure new employees have a smooth transition.
- Support employee relations matters, including note-taking during meetings and investigation preparation.
- Administer and organize our benefits package.
- Assist with employee training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions and tracking attendance.
- Coordinate social events and arrange gifts for special occasions.
- Supervise leadership team diaries and become an expert in our core values to uphold and enhance our culture.
About You
- You have a strong interest in HR fundamentals and may hold a CIPD Level 3 or prior experience in a HR or People Team.
- You're highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, and manage your time effectively.
- You have an eye for detail and understand the importance of producing accurate documentation.
- You're creative and comfortable making suggestions to improve our processes.
- You have a good working knowledge of the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
