Position Overview: As the HR Business Partner Lead, you will be instrumental in aligning our human resources strategy with the overarching business goals, fostering strong and trustworthy relationships with senior leadership, and serving as a reliable advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the talent landscape within the organization and implement strategic workforce management initiatives to ensure sustainable success.
  • Champion our HR operational framework and adeptly navigate HR protocols and practices.
  • Ensure adherence to local laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the legal team on personnel issues, offering guidance and support as necessary.

Strategic Contributions:

  • Contribute significantly to the development of HR policies, engage in organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Identify training requirements for various business units and provide executive coaching as needed.
  • Continuously evaluate trends and metrics to devise innovative solutions and programs in collaboration with the HR team.
  • Drive initiatives aimed at cost efficiency within HR functions, managing budgets effectively.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in addressing complex employee relations challenges.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various HR disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational assessment, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and employment legislation.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Ability to understand and apply relevant laws, guidelines, regulations, and policies.
  • Demonstrated time management skills, consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and autonomous in managing assigned projects.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and excellent organizational skills.

Additional Information:

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required, including occasional weekends.
