We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Production Manager to join our Studio team, within the Digital and Direct Marketing department. This is a 14-month Fixed Term Contract, ideally starting in December 2024.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the Studio's assets, with a focus on Start Up Loans.
- Manage the production of content, including guides, templates, and checklists, while working on partnerships and broader marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate the production of tickets and projects that come into the Studio, including content, creative, design, website, reporting, data, paid media assets, newsletter assets, and social assets.
- Organize collateral to be delivered and manage a variety of production jobs.
- Work in our new Content Management System across our websites, managing approximately ten tickets per week, some of which are low complexity and others more complex.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with proficiency in digital marketing tools and software.
- Experience in production planning and project management, with knowledge of web accessibility guidelines (WCAG2.0).
- Ability to work in a hybrid-working model, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Ability to hit the ground running, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
