As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Process all guest check-ins, including confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys.
- Manage guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with expediting problem payments and follow up with guests regarding satisfaction with guest-related issues.
- Count bank at the beginning and end of shift and balance and drop receipts according to Accounting specifications.
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role required.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
