We are a company known for challenging the ordinary and seeking individuals who share our values and ambition to achieve outstanding results. We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Sales Operations Lead with sales reporting requirements.
  • Develop demand planning models to optimize inventory levels, ensuring efficient resource allocation and production planning.
  • Implement early warning systems to monitor sold versus unsold inventory, proactively identifying potential stock imbalances and enabling timely adjustments.
  • Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, from order receipt to delivery, guaranteeing a seamless customer experience.
  • Implement sales delivery tracking systems to ensure on-time deliveries, meeting customer expectations and maintaining strong relationships.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience within the Automotive industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of its unique demands and challenges.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of demand planning and delivery management principles and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as SAP C4C, leveraging technology to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, enabling effective prioritization and execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work setting, contributing to a positive and productive team atmosphere.
