About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning Administrator to join our team at National Grid. As a Learning Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the planning and management of learning activities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the administration of training programs, including vendor onboarding, contract management, and performance assessments.
  • Support the development and implementation of learning strategies, including sourcing vendors and managing learning resources.
  • Provide administrative support for learning reports, including mandatory learning reports and ad-hoc requests from the wider business.
  • Manage the learning management system, including course creation, participant management, and attendance tracking.
  • Support the Talent & Capability team with ad-hoc administration activities, including ordering equipment, annual events planning, and promoting courses.
  • Collaborate with the Talent & Capability Specialists to source alternative options for creating new e-learning content and manage costs and services.
  • Support the development of leadership development programs, including administration, application processes, and coaching/mentoring requests.
About You

We are looking for an experienced Learning Administrator who has a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. If you have experience managing training programs, working with managed service providers, and online learning platforms, we encourage you to apply.
