About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Unique Senior Care. As a Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to live independently and safely in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and personal care.
  • Respond to late-night calls and provide emergency support as needed.
  • Conduct regular checks on residents to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Assist with laundry, cleaning, and basic administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in care or a related field is not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of self-motivation and reliability.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
