Job Title: Operations Administrator
Job Summary:
Bell Cornwall Recruitment is seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to join our team in the education sector. As an Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating projects, documents, and proposals, managing relationships with external stakeholders, and performing a wide range of administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the bids and tender process, working with senior leaders to gather information and construct relevant documents.
- Manage portals and sales pipelines to ensure seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including clients and vendors.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client queries and escalating issues as needed.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced office environment, with a track record of coordinating projects and documents.
- Strong administrative skills, with experience in senior administrative roles.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and reports.
- Proficiency in IT systems, including portals and spreadsheets.
- Strong corporate communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
