About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Financial Administrator to join our team at Candidate Source Ltd. As a Financial Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial services team in their daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process new business applications and maintain accurate records
  • Support our Mortgage Capacity Experts and Trustee Accounts Specialists in their daily tasks
  • Communicate with clients and provide excellent customer service
  • Perform general office administrative duties, including greeting visitors and managing office supplies
  • Assist in the administration of Group Scheme Policy Renewals
  • Support our Paraplanners in their work
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a financial services environment is preferred
  • Minimum education in Maths and English GCSE grade C and above (or equivalent)
  • Good working knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and willing to learn

  • Basic salary of £23,000-£25,000, depending on experience and qualifications
