Job Title: Financial Services Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join our team in Nottingham. The successful candidate will provide full support to an Adviser in all aspects of client support, including meeting preparation, collating documents, and submitting new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting preparation and organization
- Collating documents and research for report preparation
- Submitting new business on and off platforms
- Income payments and withdrawals
- Preparing files for client visits
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintenance of administration systems
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date client data
- Maintenance of diary management system
- Ensuring daily workflow is completed in line with SLA's
Requirements:
- Experience within the financial services industry
- Knowledge of Pensions & Investments arena
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
