Job Summary

NJR Recruitment is partnering with a well-established National Firm of Independent Financial Planners to recruit an experienced Administrator to join their team in Nottingham. The successful candidate will provide full support to an Adviser in all aspects of client support, including:

* Meeting preparation
* Collating documents and research for report preparation
* Submitting new business on and off platforms
* Income payments and withdrawals
* Preparing files for client visits
* Producing valuations and illustrations
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
* Maintenance of administration systems
* Ensuring accurate and up-to-date client data
* Diary management system maintenance
* Ensuring daily workflow completion in line with SLAs

Requirements

* Experience in the financial services industry, preferably in Pensions and Investments
* Familiarity with Intelligent Office
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to provide a first-class service to clients and consultants
