Job Summary
NJR Recruitment is partnering with a well-established National Firm of Independent Financial Planners in Nottingham to find an experienced Administrator. The successful candidate will work closely with one Adviser to provide full administrative support, focusing on client service and various administrative tasks.

Salary Range
The salary for this position is estimated to be between £30,000 and £40,000 per annum, based on the level of experience and qualifications. A comprehensive benefits package is included, featuring holiday pay, contributory pension scheme, GDIS scheme, health cash plan, development and training opportunities, employee assistance programme, flexible working hours, and a bonus scheme.

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of duties, including meeting preparation, document collation, new business submissions, income payments and withdrawals, and record maintenance. They will also engage in stakeholder liaison, ensure diary management systems are up-to-date, and meet Service Level Agreement requirements.

Requirements
To excel in this role, the successful candidate should have experience in the financial services industry, preferably in Pensions & Investments. Key skills include strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional service to clients and consultants.
