Enterprise Sales Executive

Ideagen is a leading provider of software solutions that help organizations ensure the safety and quality of their products and services. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) market.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive net new business activities and grow Ideagen's revenue and customer base in the EHS market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new sales opportunities and develop cost estimates and statements of work documents.
- Present clear and articulate presentations to large audiences and perform post-mortem analysis of closed win opportunities to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the company roadmap, new product features, and new business additions, and continuously learn and update skills to stay ahead in the EHS and Quality software space.
- Mentor business development team members to help build our sales talent pipeline and keep pipelines and customer interactions documented via Salesforce.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in Enterprise Sales in the EHS/Quality space with a focus on new logos.
- Proven experience using MEDDPICC Sales Qualifying Techniques and methodologies or comparable sales training.
- Strong drive and hunter mentality for driving net new revenue, familiarity with Salesforce required sales practices and Value Framework a plus.
- Prior experience in Environmental, Health and Safety Consulting or Software Sales, excellent organizational management skills with the ability to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information in a clear and compelling manner.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering analysis a plus, proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments to achieve common objectives, ability to travel up to 30%.
